The Parade Hotel is quite unique and offers a 'different' experience; built in the 1930’s all the rooms differ in size and layout. The hotel offers great value as a two-star family hotel; our very competitive room rates reflecting our limited service environment and is suitable for travelers looking for a no frills limited service experience. This Hotel is ideal for budget travelers, families, back-packers, sports and school groups and the business man who does not expect a full service up market experience.

Our buffet breakfast is a traditional English menu, akin to that of a bed and breakfast establishment.

Parade Hotel offers guests clean rooms that enjoy panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, however, none of the rooms have air-conditioning, only fans. All rooms have satellite TV and some rooms have balconies. At present, the hotel does not have internet facilities.

In the middle of all the action; take a stroll and visit the Sun Coast Casino and Ushaka Marine World. The International Convention Centre is only a 5-minute drive away and a quick 10-minute drive takes you to Florida Road in Morningside where you can enjoy a vibrant night life.
